Chipping Children's Community Alliance (CCCA)Pre-school | Baby & Toddler Group | Breakfast and Afterschool Club
Chipping Children’s Community Alliance (CCCA) is a registered charity providing childcare and education to local children from the ages of 2-11 years. We operate from a fantastic purpose built facility in the rural Lancashire village of Chipping. We also operate the local Baby & Toddler group from Chipping Village Hall.
Although we work closely with both village schools, and are based on Brabin’s school site we are an independent organisation, managed by an elected committee of parents and local community members. The Committee works closely with the CCCA manager and staff ensuring that major decision making is influenced by those parents using the group.
The CCCA has responsibility for providing the following local services:
•Breakfast Club for both village schools (St. Mary’s RC and Brabin’s Endowed)
•Early Learners pre-school (morning & afternoon sessions)
•Pre-school Lunch Club
•After-school Club for both village schools (St. Mary’s RC and Brabin’s Endowed)
•Chipping Baby & Toddler Group
•Full day care for children over 2 years (term-time only)
The CCCA aims to support the sustainability of both village schools through the provision of extended school services. We also aim to provide a local service allowing families to access childcare within the village, rather than travelling elsewhere. We also welcome all children from further afield who may be looking for childcare.
The CCCA is constantly striving to improve our service and are currently working towards the “Lancashire Quality Award”.
